Ningbo Dedao Thermal Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, development and production of induction heating equipment. Our line covers two main series, metal induction heating and liquid induction heating, with more than sixty models in production. On the metal side we build medium frequency, high frequency and ultra-high frequency induction heating power supplies, induction hardening and quenching machine tools, induction brazing units, forging heaters, annealing and tempering systems, small melting furnaces, portable induction heaters, air-cooled heating units, industrial chillers and custom induction heating coils. On the liquid side we build electromagnetic heating units for thermal conduction oil, water and other industrial fluids.
Typical applications include hot forging of bar and billet stock, surface hardening of shafts, gears and sprockets, brazing of copper and steel joints, annealing of tube and wire, shrink fitting, and small batch melting of gold, silver, copper, aluminium and steel. Every project starts from the workpiece itself, its material, the case depth required and the cycle time, so the coil, the power rating and the fixture are designed as one package.
Production follows national standards, with inspection at each stage from electrical design through assembly and load testing. Main electrical components come from internationally recognized brands, and Infineon IGBT modules serve as the primary power devices, which keeps output stable through long continuous shifts. Where the process calls for it, machines are delivered with quenching machine tools, closed-loop temperature control and PLC or CNC interfaces.
Morality first, and the road stays broad. That idea has guided Dedao from the start, and the real measure of our work is what a customer gets afterwards, higher throughput, lower energy consumption per part and a cleaner, safer shop floor.
